Mark has a successful corporate and commercial-law practice, with particular emphasis on real-estate matters. Since joining Davis LLP in 1988 as an articling student, Mark has played a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic growth across Canada. He has served on numerous firm committees, including the Executive Committee, and was a major contributor to Davis LLP’s expansion into Alberta. He assisted with the recruitment and strategic initiatives that were critical to the establishment of the Calgary office in 2002.
“I am honoured to be appointed as Office Managing Partner in Vancouver and look forward to continuing Davis LLP’s strategic growth in Vancouver, across Canada and around the world,” says Mark. “Davis LLP was established in 1892 in Vancouver and after 120 years, the firm is still thriving and I am excited about our future.”
Mark will replace Brian Hiebert as Office Managing Partner.
