Davis LLP congratulates Senior Partner Laura M. Safran, Q.C. on being appointed to the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada (TATC) as a part-time member for a four-year term.

Laura is the head of the Davis LLP national Aviation Law Practice Group and has built a tremendous practice representing industry clients on a wide range of complex commercial and regulatory matters. She has also cultivated her leadership in the field through publishing definitive guides on aviation regulation, teaching at the University of Calgary, and speaking in legal seminars across Canada and internationally.
