Tudor’s civil litigation practice focuses on fraud recovery. Notable cases include representing a national communications company on a range of matters involving corporate and employee fraud, acting for a consortium of European-based credit card issuers in bringing court proceedings in Canada to secure and ultimately recover the proceeds of a significant credit card fraud, and advising a national pension fund on how to conduct an internal investigation of employees and suppliers suspected of being involved in fraudulent procurement practices.

Tudor has also represented numerous clients in civil suits, ranging from municipalities to national manufacturers to overseas companies.

As an active member of the firm's Video Games & Interactive Entertainment Law Practice Group, he also advises clients on issues relating to cyberlaw. He acts for a range of range of both individual and corporate clients on matters involving online defamation ("cyber-libel"). He also advises a US corporation in its dispute arising from the sale of Internet advertising.

He has appeared as a panelist and has provided frequent media commentary regarding social media and video game legislation, particularly. Tudor is a frequent contributor to the firm's Video Game Law Blog.
