Tony Anderson

Tony’s securities and corporate finance practice involves acting for underwriters with respect to diligence and other matters; mutual funds (public and private) with respect to offerings of securities and regulatory matters; and, public companies with respect to financings, day-to-day corporate matters, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Tony articled at Davis LLP and joined the firm as an associate in 2012.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Calgary, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria.
