Stephanie Walsh

Stephanie’s general corporate and commercial practice involves assisting clients with the purchase and sale of businesses, business formation and organization, lending and financial transactions, banking and financial institution regulation and otherwise advising clients on a variety of commercial contracts.

Stephanie articled at Davis LLP and joined the firm as an associate in 2012.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) with a specialization in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Western Ontario and her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria.
