Robert Groves is experienced in the commercial aspects of insolvency transactions and in all aspects of secured lending transactions, in particular acting for financial institutions and other lenders in security-taking and enforcement matters. 
He has a particular expertise in real estate financing transactions including conduit loans. In addition, Robert provides advice to a major credit union on regulatory matters with emphasis on issues relating to privacy and money laundering.
