Rebecca von Rüti

Raised in the Okanagan, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honors) from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia.

During her last semester of law school, Rebecca completed an internship with the British Columbia Provincial Court where she developed a keen interest in litigation.

Rebecca joined the litigation practice group at Davis LLP as an associate in 2009 after completion of her articles with the firm.

Rebecca represents clients and assists senior counsel on various family law and general civil litigation matters.   Her civil practice focuses on personal injury and insurance, product liability, negligence and class actions.  She has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has appeared as junior counsel before the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
