Rebecca Carroll is an associate in the Vancouver office of Davis LLP where she practices corporate commercial law, with a particular emphasis on corporate formation and structuring, joint ventures, partnerships, commercial agreements, and private merger and acquisitions. Rebecca also has extensive experience in relation to banking and financial institution regulation and secured lending. 
Corporate Rebecca regularly advises parties on partnerships, incorporations, reorganizations, joint ventures and all other aspects of business formation and organization. Commercial Rebecca has advised purchasers, vendors and financers in relation to mergers & acquisitions in a variety of industries including forestry, construction, energy and retail. Rebecca also has expertise acting in distressed sales and acquisitions, acting for vendors and purchasers, including court-appointed receivers. Secured Lending and Financial Institutions Rebecca acts for borrowers and lenders in relation to secured loans, syndicated loans, and acquisition financing. She has a particular speciality in relation to security taken under the Personal Property Security Act.
In addition, Rebecca advises financial institutions in relation to regulatory matters, in particular in relation to credit unions and the provisions of the Bank Act (Canada).
