In its June 2012 cover story, Canadian Lawyer magazine lists the top specialization areas with the highest earning potential for law firms and individual lawyers. Kelly Friedman, partner in the Davis Toronto office, was quoted in the article on the growing practice area of e-discovery. Recognized as "among a relatively select group of experts in the field," Friedman touches on her own process of managing discovery requests and extolls the advantages of well-planned e-discovery services. "I always talk about how you strategically use e-discovery principles to keep costs down, be really efficient, and produce quickly, so you can negotiate and get to a quicker resolution."
