Priscilla Kennedy is an associate counsel who practises in the areas of constitutional law, aboriginal law and complex litigation. Priscilla joined Davis LLP in 2007.

Previously she practiced in the Edmonton office of another provincial firm.

Priscilla specializes in complex litigation and has appeared as counsel in more than 75 reported cases before all levels of court in Alberta and the Northwest Territories, before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, the Tax Court, the Court of Appeal in Ontario, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Priscilla has published articles and given seminars on privacy law, the duty to consult with aboriginals, wildlife jurisdiction and the Constitution, First Nations jurisdiction over labour relations, and fiduciary duties in Canada.

She has taught commercial law, negotiable instruments and legal research.
