• Jean-Yves Fortin has given at least one hundred conferences and has participated as author and co-author of two volumes and written a great number of papers for many associations on topics relating to commercial law, insolvency and banking law. He has been involded in most of the major workouts in insolvency and restructuring in the Montreal region and in Canada for the last 35 years.
