Sterling Shoes CCAA proceedings

Sterling Shoes Inc. (TSX:SSI) announced that in order to restructure its operations, it and Sterling Shoes GP Inc. obtained an Order from the Supereme Court of British Columbia under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.

Mary Buttery, partner in the Davis LLP Vancouver office, is representing the Board of Directors of the Company.
