Because we strive to hire students who will remain with Davis LLP as associates and eventually become partners, we look for candidates who will share the firm's commitment to the highest standards of practice, professionalism, and client service.

We seek candidates who have achieved strong academic performance, and who demonstrate initiative, effective communication skills, leadership capability, willingness to be involved in the community, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

These are important attributes, but there is, of course, no prototypical "Davis lawyer". Personality is a must at the firm; we are not looking to hire "just another suit"!
