Alta. CA clarifies 'drop dead' rule

Dana Schindelka co-authored an article about Alberta's "drop dead" rule for Lawyers Weekly. The rule is one of the Rules of Court addressing applications for dismissal due to want of prosecution, and was recently clarified by the Alberta Court of Appeal.
