The Davis LLP Products Liability Law Practice Group represents plaintiffs who have suffered injury or other loss as a result of defective, or misrepresented products. Our group also represents manufacturers whose products are claimed to have caused injury or harm.

Several of our precedent-setting personal injury-related cases have been argued in the Supreme Court of Canada.
