The Davis LLP Mining Law Practice Group has far-reaching experience representing mining companies at all stages and in relation to all aspects of projects, both in Canada and around the world. We are the only Canadian law firm with offices in both the Yukon and Northwest Territories, where mining is a vibrant part of the economy.

Mining has remained a primary practice area for us since our founder, E.P. Davis, K.C., organized mining syndicates more than a century ago. As such, we have acted as counsel on numerous initial public offerings, private placements and financings for mining companies based in Western and Northern Canada that operate mines in North and South America, Asia and Africa. Stock exchanges involved include the TSX, NASDAQ and/or the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
