Mining has remained a primary practice area for us since our founder, E.P. Davis, K.C., organized mining syndicates more than a century ago. As such, we have acted as counsel on numerous initial public offerings, private placements and financings for mining companies based in Western and Northern Canada that operate mines in North and South America, Asia and Africa.
