John Rogers, Partner, has more than 25 years’ experience in law and chairs the firm’s Franchise, Licensing & Distribution Group. From 2007-2011, John was appointed General Counsel, Director and Secretary of the Canadian Franchise Association – the national voice of franchising in Canada. He is "Repeatedly Recommended" in his practice area according to the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and is a member of the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers. He frequently travels across Canada, to the United States and Mexico to address client matters.

Our group’s active involvement in the International Franchise Association, Canadian Franchise Association, American Bar Association and International Bar Association includes writing articles and participating on panels and roundtable discussions.
