The Davis LLP Energy Law Group advises and represents energy producers, distributors and utilities, and their stakeholders such as suppliers and special interest groups. We have broad experience in the oil and gas and power generation sectors and the energy industry generally, including renewable energy, from the development and financing of projects to the regulation of the industry sectors.
We advise and represent on utility matters, including tariffs, facilities and transactions, and advise on regulatory regimes and trade matters, and environmental and Aboriginal matters. We also assist energy-related companies with initial public offerings, Canadian and foreign stock exchange listings and financings. We also work with lenders to major energy projects.
