The Edmonton office was established in 2002 when Davis LLP acquired a prominent local law firm which was founded in 1948 after the discovery of the Leduc oilfield which began Alberta's current natural resources industry.

Our office has strong ties with the business community in Edmonton, the North, and Western Canada.

In addition to Corporate / Commercial, Commercial Lending, Securities & Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Construction, and Commercial Litigation practice areas, our Edmonton office also provides specialized legal expertise in Pension & Benefits, Regulatory & Administrative, and Environmental law.
