Derrick Auch appears on the cover of the Lexpert May 2011 issue and is quoted in the feature article entitled "Securities Showdown" on Ottawa's controversial plan to create a national securities regulator.

When commenting on the topic and the issue of reconciling the Western perspective with the Ontario perspective, Derrick states " ...
