Davis LLP's Vancouver office named a B.C. Top Employer for fifth consecutive year by Canada's Top 100 Employers

In a survey undertaken by Mediacorp Canada Inc., Davis LLP Vancouver has been named as one of British Columbia's top employers for 2011. This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has been recognized, having won the award since 2007.

"Our people are our best asset," says Brian Hiebert, Office Managing Partner of Davis LLP's Vancouver office. "This award is a reflection of our commitment to everyone at Davis - from Whitehorse to Montreal. While our win was for B.C., each Davis office believes in the same ideals, has the same policies and offers the same benefits, so we see this as an award for our entire firm."

The firm's selection is based on a variety of factors including workplace atmosphere, benefits, performance management, training & skills development and community involvement. Employers were compared to others in their field to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
