Davis LLP, with its leading Japan practice in Canada, has formed Davis & Takahashi, a foreign law joint enterprise1 established with one of Japan's preeminent finance and corporate law team led by Hiroaki Takahashi. The team, once part of Japan's leading law firms, has worked mainly in the areas of structured finance, project finance, PFI and banking with the support of Japanese and overseas financial organizations and businesses.
