Davis LLP's legal bulletin, "Case Decision With Respect To Intimate Touching And Dishonesty At A Company Event," won the award for "Most Popular Article" in Canada for the month of March by Mondaq. Every month, Mondaq publishes hundreds of articles by contributing firms from over 80 countries around the world. In March, the article most frequently read by Mondaq's audience was co-authored by Davis LLP's Timothy Chick and student Graham Norris on the BC Supreme Court case van Woerkens v. Marriott Hotels of Canada Ltd.
