Davis LLP represented CHC Helicopter Corporation (CHC) in its recent $48 million sale of CHC's remaining interest in Canadian Helicopters Inc. to the Canadian Helicopters Income Fund.

The transaction closed concurrently with the $100 million initial public offering of the Fund.

Al Hudec, CFA worked with, and assisted, Martin Lockyer, CHC Vice President, Legal Services and Corporate Secretary, and Chris McDowell, CHC Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, in negotiating and documenting the indirect sale of CHC's remaining interest in its Canadian on-shore operations, together with related Non-Competition and Shared Services Agreements.
