On January 29, 2013, the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure announced EGRT Construction had been awarded the $889 million design, build, finance contract for the construction of the Evergreen Line Rapid Transit Project, which will connect Coquitlam to Vancouver via Port Moody and Burnaby.
