Biography
Bryan Dunn is a partner at Davis LLP where he practices corporate/M&A and commercial transactions. Mr. Dunn is a member of the Japan Group and joined Davis after 11 years with Clifford Chance, practicing cross-border M&A and international business transactions, primarily in Asia.
Volunteer Work
Mr. Dunn was a part-time lecturer on law at Sophia University in Tokyo from 2002 until 2006. He taught courses on cross-border business transactions at Sophia's Law School.
