While in private practice, Terry acted for numerous issuers in various lines of business assisting in both public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, takeover bids, shareholder meetings and proxy solicitations and compliance with continuous disclosure requirements.

Specifically Terry has broad experience dealing with the TSX Venture Exchange Capital Pool Company Program and associated initial public offerings and qualifying transactions.
