Ted Maduri

While he represents a number of public companies as well as not-for-profit organizations, Ted's clients are generally owner-managed private companies and many have received awards for their level of growth such as being named one of Canada's Top 25 Up and Comers and as CDN's Fastest Rising Solutions Provider.

Prior to joining Davis, Ted practised for a number of years at a prominent full-service Toronto law firm and most recently at a Toronto boutique business law firm.

He has been involved in establishing or managing a number of Toronto-area businesses during the course of his professional career. This practical experience gives Ted a unique insight into his clients' relevant business/legal issues.

In addition to providing day-to-day commercial advice, Ted regularly assists clients with the following:
