Biography
Tammy Donovan is an associate in the Vancouver office of Davis LLP where she is developing a practice with the firm's Securities & Corporate Finance Practice Group.
Since joining Davis as a summer student, Ms. Donovan has assisted senior counsel with private placements, prospectus and rights offerings, qualifying transactions as well as due diligence and ongoing disclosure requirements.
While at Dal Law, Ms. Donovan sat on the Admissions Committee, Faculty Committee and Law Students' Society. She also co-chaired the Community Outreach Society, Law Hour Speaker Series Committee and the Orientation Committee.
Recognition
- Recipient of the 2007 Horace E. Read Award, awarded to a third year Dal Law student who made the greatest overall contribution to scholarship and student life.
- Recipient of the 2006 John V. Dea Award, awarded on the basis of academic standing and contribution to student life.
