Biography
Stuart Morrow is a partner in the firm's Securities & Corporate Finance Practice Group and practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' meetings and proxy contests.
Mr. Morrow has had extensive experience in advising domestic and foreign issuers and Boards on reorganizations, going private transactions, limited partnership syndications, plans of arrangement and on related corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
He has lectured on corporate governance, proxy contests, securities and taxation matters at conferences sponsored by the legal and accounting professions and at the University of British Columbia Law School.
A native of Montréal, Québec, Mr. Morrow has practised law in British Columbia since 1979.
