Sheila Tucker joined Davis LLP in 2004. Prior to joining Davis, she was in private practice with another national law firm and in the public service as in-house legal counsel to the British Columbia Labour Relations Board.

Sheila practices litigation with a focus on administrative and public law.

Sheila recently represented the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority in the litigation that affirmed the Authority's right to operate Canada's only safe injection site, Insite. She is currently co-counsel for the plaintiffs in Carter et al. v. Canada, a constitutional challenge to Canada's criminal law prohibition against physician-assisted dying.
