Sharilyn Nagina is a partner in the Calgary office of Davis LLP and has a general litigation practice with an emphasis on civil and commercial litigation. She also practices in the areas of regulatory and administrative law. 
Sharilyn has extensive experience with complex contractual disputes, civil claims, oppression claims, breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duties, and employment-related issues. She has represented and advised clients in the oil and gas, and energy industries on various litigation matters. Sharilyn has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, and participated in arbitrations and mediations. She has also appeared before the Surface Rights Board, Employment Insurance Appeals Commission, Alberta Human Rights Commission, and Employment Standards Branch.
