Biography

Roy Hudson is a partner in the Davis LLP Calgary office. His practice is focused on advising resource-based and other companies involved in oil & gas exploration and production, energy services, mining, construction and technology. Mr. Hudson often acts as corporate counsel for junior and mid-size companies and handles their securities law compliance, corporate / commercial, m&a and other legal requirements. In this capacity, he works closely with management and boards of directors to advise on, and implement, strategic initiatives.

Mr. Hudson's experience includes:

• Mining and oil & gas transactions in North and South America, Asia, Africa and Australia
• Cross-border transactional work for issuers and investment banks
• TSX, TSXV and London AIM exchange listings
• Counsel to issuers considering strategic transactions
