Rosanna Wong

She has a broad range of experience in corporate, commercial, securities, and real estate transactions, with a special focus on Asian investments in Canada.

Rosanna offers her clients a wide spectrum of services. For clients moving to and/or investing in Canada, she handles business and real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and any related tax planning.  For Asian corporations seeking a listing on a Canadian stock exchange, Rosanna advises them regarding listing requirements and procedures and represents them in reverse takeovers of stock exchange-listed companies in Canada, or in initial public offerings on a Canadian stock exchange.

Rosanna represents clients mostly from Asia, including state-owned corporations from the People's Republic of China, public companies in Canada, and Canadian subsidiaries and affiliates of public companies in Hong Kong.  Rosanna handled one of the earliest Canada-China joint ventures operated in Vancouver involving a Chinese stated-owned corporation, a multi-national corporation from Hong Kong, and a Canadian investor.

In this era of business without borders, Rosanna represents clients who need a business lawyer with global exposure. Rosanna has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions, and has worked with lawyers in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China, England, United States, Australia, France, Malaysia, Mexico, Cayman Islands, Bermuda and British Virgin Islands.
