Rosalind Pyper is an associate in Davis LLP’s Toronto office where she practises in the Corporate/Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Financial Services,  Real Estate Law and Charities & Not-for-Profit Practice Groups.

Rosalind’s practice encompasses a broad range of business matters, including financings, corporate reorganizations, real estate, commercial contract negotiations and franchise matters.

Rosalind graduated from Queen’s University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree with distinction and majored in Psychology. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2012.

While at law school, Rosalind co-chaired the annual Windsor Law Ambulance Chasers Charity Run and served as a Senior Editorial Assistant on the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues. She was also a member of the Windsor Law Admissions Committee, volunteered as a caseworker for Community Legal Aid and served as a Peer Mentor as part of the Windsor Law Peer Mentorship Program.

Prior to joining Davis LLP as an associate in 2013, Rosalind was a summer student and articled at the firm.

Rosalind enjoys running and often participates in charity races.
