Rolf Kaplun is engaged in a general commercial real estate practice, with emphasis on acquisitions and sales, leasing and property development matters. He has extensive experience in all aspects of retail leasing as well as shopping centre acquisitions, development and operation.

He also represents a major public real estate company which is actively acquiring shopping centres and development properties in British Columbia, as well as a number of smaller shopping centre developers.

A native of Winnipeg, Rolf has practised law in British Columbia since 1982.
