Biography
Rachel Hamilton practices with Davis's Corporate/Commercial/M&A, Real Estate, Environmental, Energy and Resources Law, Climate Change and Pension and Benefits Practice Groups. Her practice in these areas focuses on:
- Commercial transactions, including business acquisitions and sales
- Corporate organization
- Commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, re-development, leasing and financing
- Secured lending
- Renewable energy projects
- Pension and Benefits
Ms. Hamilton provides strategic advice and opinions to builders and owners, secured lenders and receivers, businesses and individuals, and others in commercial transactions, construction matters, secured lending matters, corporate restructuring, and general commercial matters. She has extensive experience in all areas of real estate, including the acquisition, financing, leasing and development of commercial properties. In addition, Ms. Hamilton also has experience and provides advice to clients on renewable energy projects.
Ms. Hamilton also practices in the area of pension and benefit trust law, where she acts for, and provides comprehensive advice to, the sponsors, governing bodies and administrators of pension and other forms of benefit plans.
