Peter Soby

Peter has practiced law since 1999, during which time his experience has included assisting companies with both public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate governance and compliance with continuous disclosure and stock exchange requirements.

Peter acts for a range of junior issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange as well as for several brokerage firms in connection with both public and private financings.

Peter's practice includes extensive experience with the TSX Venture Exchange Capital Pool Company Program, including initial public offerings and qualifying transactions.
