Biography
Peter Sandiford is an associate in the Whitehorse office of Davis LLP. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2000 with a bachelor of science degree in forestry. He moved to Whitehorse in 2000, but returned south to attend the University of Victoria to study law and obtained a law degree in 2008. He articled with Davis in the Whitehorse office and was called to the BC and Yukon bars in 2009.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sandiford worked in the field of natural resource management, both as a research scientist and as a policy advisor. Mr. Sandiford is keenly interested in public law, including aboriginal, administrative, and regulatory law, but practices widely in general litigation, real estate, and corporate/commercial matters.
