Peter Osadetz

Peter is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of the Davis LLP Calgary Office. Mr. Osadetz practises in the areas of corporate litigation, employment litigation and regulatory law. In addition, Mr. Osadetz assists clients with respect to estate-planning matters, providing individuals and families with comprehensive advice to ensure the orderly succession of assets.

Mr. Osadetz has appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court of Alberta, and has assisted senior counsel with matters before the Alberta Court of Appeal and the National Energy Board of Canada.
