Nicole Kapos

Nicole Kapos is an associate in the corporate department of the Toronto office of Davis LLP. Her practice covers a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and drafting a range of commercial agreements. 
Nicole regularly assists business clients with respect to the incorporation, organization and financing of their companies, with an emphasis on start-up and emerging businesses in a variety of industries. Nicole has assisted in insolvency and restructuring matters on behalf of purchasers, secured and unsecured creditors and debtors. Nicole joined Davis in 2003 as a summer student and articled at the firm before joining as an associate in July, 2005.
