Biography
Michael Der has a general corporate and commercial law practice with particular emphasis upon securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
He acts for issuers and agents/underwriters with respect to public and private debt and equity offerings. Michael also advises clients with respect to TSX and TSXV regulatory matters and continuous disclosure obligations. In addition, he acts in M&A transactions, including asset/share purchase and sale transactions, plans of arrangement and other corporate reorganizations.
