Meghan Rollins
Associate, Calgary
Meghan Rollins joined the Calgary office of Davis LLP as an articling student in 2009 and is now an associate in the firm's corporate group. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2009 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria in 2005. 
Meghan is developing a general corporate and commercial law practice, with a primary focus on securities law. She is involved in a broad range of transactional work in the areas of securities, corporate finance and general corporate commercial law. Meghan's practice also includes coordinating and conducting legal due diligence and assisting with continuous disclosure obligations.
