• Incorporating and organizing new business ventures including partnerships and joint ventures
• Representing corporate clients on all aspects of corporate/commercial law, including the negotiation and preparation of shareholders' agreements, buy-sell agreements, leases, confidentiality agreements
• Advising clients in the technology sector, including the protection of intellectual property, management incentive compensation, employment, licensing, distribution arrangements and strategic alliances
• Advising on share and asset acquisitions and divestitures
• Acting for corporate clients on amalgamations, mergers and corporate reorganizations
