Mark Schmidt

Mark Schmidt is the Managing Partner of Davis LLP's Vancouver office where he is engaged in a corporate and commercial practice, with a particular emphasis on real-estate matters. He is actively involved in both corporate and real-estate acquisitions, financings, commercial real-estate developments, and office and retail leasing. 
In addition to advising on general commercial matters, Mr. Schmidt has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions, dispositions and financings. In the real-estate industry he is actively involved in acquisitions, financings, commercial developments, and office and retail leasing. Originally from Vancouver, Mr. Schmidt obtained his law degree from Dalhousie University and his commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1988.
