Lindsay Krauss

Her past experience includes assisting senior counsel with infrastructure projects and PPP transactions, business acquisitions and due diligence reviews.

In developing her infrastructure practice, Lindsay has been involved with project document review and the preparation of project agreement commentary tables. In addition, she has assisted senior counsel with financing term sheet and project document review and drafting, project agreement commentary tables and the preparation of closing opinions and other closing deliverables. She has also assisted with the preparation of public procurement documents, liaising with various procurement and technical advisors and in drafting project documents.

As junior counsel to equity sponsors, she has been a member of the Davis team that successfully closed the Alberta Schools II project, the Ontario Provincial Police Modernization project, the Quinte Consolidated Courthouse project, the Surrey Pretrial Services Centre Expansion project, the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport Pedestrian Tunnel project and the Northeast Anthony Henday Drive project. She was also a member of the team advising on the King Edward (VII) Memorial Hospital project in Bermuda, and in that role she assisted senior counsel with project document review and drafting, commentary tables, the preparation of public procurement documents and was also a primary member of the closing team.

She has also acted as junior counsel to proposed lenders for the short-listed proponents in connection with the St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse project and as junior counsel to equity sponsors in connection with the Highway 407 East Expansion, Air Rail Link Spur and the Pan Am Stadia and Velodrome projects.

Lindsay joined Davis as a summer student in 2008 and articled at the firm before joining as an associate in August 2010.
