Linda Parsons is a senior partner and practises corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on health law, public-private partnerships/alternative financing and banking law. 
Born in Toronto, Linda has practised law in British Columbia since 1980. Linda' practice focuses on three areas: Health LawLinda leads the Health Law Practice Group at Davis LLP. She acts for several regional health authorities in British Columbia, including the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and the Fraser Health Authority. She also represents both public and private hospitals and care facilities and numerous private health products and technical service providers. She has extensive expertise in all matters relating to corporate governance, medical/legal consent and other care-related issues, contractual negotiations and dispute resolutions, privacy and administrative legal matters.
