Lee-Ann Gibbs

Lee-Ann has experience reviewing and drafting service and supply contracts as well as software development, licensing and confidentiality agreements. Lee-Ann has also assisted clients with advanced ruling certificate requests and filing merger notifications with the Competition Bureau.

Prior to joining Davis, Lee-Ann practised at another major Canadian law firm and before that held various management positions within a multi-national corporation in the manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industry.

In addition, Lee-Ann has experience working for a multi-national technology-based franchise organization.
