Koji Kawamura advises on finance and securities law, general corporate and commercial law, employment law, family law, criminal defense, and litigation and other dispute resolution. 
Koji Kawamura is developing a finance and general corporate practice, with particular emphasis on structured finance. He has been engaging in increasing number of litigation and dispute resolutions cases, including civil, commercial, employment related and family related cases. Prior to joining Davis & Takahashi, he practised with a leading Japanese law firm, and Luther Law Firm, an international firm in Germany.
