Kenneth Reh

Ken Reh is a senior associate in the Litigation Practice Group in Calgary. Ken carries on a general litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate/commercial disputes, employment law, debtor/creditor claims; security enforcement and credit collection, injury claims and construction matters. 
Ken has appeared before all levels of the Courts in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal. He has represented clients before the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board, the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the Appeals Commission for Workers' Compensation in Alberta. He has acted for parties in arbitrations and mediations. Ken joined Davis LLP in 2003 after practicing in the Calgary office of another national law firm. Prior to entering the practice of law, he was a broadcast journalist and held postings at a variety of radio stations across Canada.
